Updating an OEM board

currently only available on PC.

1.download the .exe "Microchip USB hid bootloader" (available at members/firmare/HIDBootloader.exe
2. push & hold boot switch, push reset switch
3. the LED must blink
4. launch the app. "Microchip USB hid bootloader"
5. load the new .HEX file 
6. program the unit
7. reset the unit
8. it's done
